I was going to write a happy post about life but then I made the decision to watch the Criminal Minds episode from tonight and now all I want to do is curl up in a corner and sob my eyes out because I don’t understand how the writers of the show could be so cruel and yes I know it is a TV show but I JUST DON’T GET IT all I want is for everyone to be happy.

Spent studying time today with someone that made me realize that good hearted, selfless people do exist. Especially after a struggle of a quarter, it was really nice to hear genuine positive encouragement from somebody.
Here’s to a rejuvenated sense of self and a week where sleeping and eating are no longer are a priority.
